The schedule had first busload arrive, visit the layout and then go to the barn for lunch. Then after lunch time, the first group gets on their bus to head to the next stop while the second bus arrives, people go to lunch and then downstairs to the layout. Of course things don't always follow the plan. The first bus driver didn't follow the map and missed the turn into the property and thus spent ten minutes of visitation time trying to maneuver his bus into the front gate from the wrong direction. Then the second bus arrived 15 minutes early. So we let them head downstairs while the first busload finished their lunch. They then went to lunch and when done returned for a second tour of the basement. All ended well! The second photo is of our two volunteer groups in the decorated barn, awaiting our first arrivals.
